YAIPAK Ops & Finance Dashboard (QuickBooks Online Integration)

1. WHAT THIS COVERS

This policy explains how the YAIPAK Ops & Finance Dashboard app handles data it pulls from YAIPAK's QuickBooks Online account.

2. WHAT WE COLLECT

Financial report data already stored in YAIPAK's QuickBooks Online account: Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Accounts Receivable Aging, Accounts Payable Aging, and Cash Flow. No donor, client, or personal data beyond what QuickBooks Online already tracks for accounting.

3. HOW WE USE IT

The app automatically syncs this report data into a private Google Sheet every two hours. That sheet feeds a dashboard used internally by YAIPAK's CEO, COO, CFO, and Board to track the organization's finances.

4. WHO CAN SEE IT

Only YAIPAK leadership and Board members with permission to the private Google Sheet and dashboard. This data is never made public, sold, or shared with any outside company.

5. WHERE IT'S STORED

Google Sheets and YAIPAK's dashboard tool, both locked down by YAIPAK's Google Workspace account permissions.

6. HOW THE CONNECTION IS SECURED

The sync uses Intuit's official OAuth 2.0 login process. YAIPAK never sees or stores QuickBooks passwords.

7. HOW LONG WE KEEP DATA

Synced financial data is kept as long as needed for internal reporting. Disconnecting the app inside QuickBooks Online stops future syncing right away.

If this policy changes, the update will be posted at this same web address.
